Well, if they try them in Harris County (which is Houston), they hold the record for giving out death penalties nationwide. I'm not sure which county Spring, where they lived, is - it'd have to be either Harris or Montgomery, and Montgomery is if anything more conservative than Harris. Galveston just got involved because that's where they dumped the poor kid's body.

And yeah, I guess they haven't updated that thing from last year. I didn't even notice.
