Col's characters
More of the inevitable screenshots behind the cut...

The redhead in green is Kaeleen, Col's original character. She is a mesmer, which is sort of a variety of sorcerer. I don't really understand mesmers very well, even though two of my characters have mesmer secondaries. (I just like the attacks they have - Conjure Phantasm is a draining attack that I particularly am fond of.) (Here is a little primer on Mesmers if you're curious.)
You can also get a good look at our guild cape on Rima in the foreground. We have agreed to disagree about that cape - I like it, Col doesn't. I think it's elegant and understated, myself, unlike a lot of the other ones out there. Col claims to have designed better ones, but I haven't seen any examples so I can't testify about that one way or the other.
Here we have Io and Rima and gang (although you can't really see either one of them too well):

(It would help if the cat-as-big-as-a-pony wasn't in the way!)
Io is a warrior so up until lately she has had all the same outfits you've seen on Alessa (like this one). These days she is wearing Canthan armor, though, which means it came from the new game Factions - so Alessa will not be getting that armor any time soon because I have not yet forked out for the new game. (And I don't intend to, at least not for a good while. I figure I should get my $40 worth out of the original game first.) I don't care much for that helmet; it's a little too Kaiser Wilhelm. But then I am not a big fan of hats in general, anyway. The armor she has now is very detailed and embossed-looking (and purple! - but that's because she dyed it).
I think I already posted the only picture I have that has Col's ranger Whimsy in it (this one) and I don't seem to have one of the necromancer Allium at all. (A necromancer is what the person in the pumpkinhead picture is - except normally they would have a more-or-less normal head. The pumpkins were given out last year at Halloween, I believe. I say "more or less" because necromancers tend to be a little wacky, in a sort of goth-like way. This very tall person is also a necromancer.)
