Contact the credit card company you bought them with and see if you can get a refund that way. Otherwise, you're stuck filing a proof of claim in the bankruptcy.
Oh, Skybus advised people in their e-mail to file through their credit card company. I think that's a more polite-sounding way of saying, "You're not getting anything directly from us."
The airline couldn't do anything even if it wanted to. You're an unsecured creditor, and they don't get paid back (if at all) till the end of the bankruptcy process (which could be years).
