I just wandered over from Holidailies to say: they changed WW?! In the past, I've been sort of an associate member of Weight Watchers (to paraphrase from Pulp Fiction: My wife's on Weight Watchers, so basically I'm on Weight Watchers). When this has been true, it's been especially true since I'm the one who does the cooking.
Given how much I like fresh-baked bread, I'm sorry to hear they've gotten even harder on carbs. Poor, unloved carbs...
