You know, they haven't told us that. We have a new manager and so far she's not a great communicator! - Rob gets up earlier than me, I asked him to call when he gets up and see if he can find out. But we are fine so far. Our apartment is really well-insulated, it's a little chilly but not bad at all! (I was just feeling whiny last night when I wrote that!)
