Ha, sophisticated and classy, understated and elegant. Not really so much, but okay. Also I'm pretty sure I've never had a caramel brulee latte in my life. (Unless that was what that thing was that I got at Christmas a couple of years ago and then threw away. I remember that I didn't like it but I don't remember exactly what it was.) I drink lattes all the time, and actually there's one sitting next to the computer right now, but I like my lattes unadorned by syrups and cremes and such.

Also, the local Starbucks has a huge sign in front that says "OPEN CHRISTMAS DAY." Poor baristas.
